    Tenants may submit free 30-day-old credit/eviction reports. Landlords must accept at no cost.

    Action Required: Use/update forms to accept reusable reports.

    Landlords using fee-based portals must also allow check or cash payment with no fee.

    Action Required: Provide alternative payment methods.

    Must disclose if a unit is in a flood zone or has flooded in past 10 years, including basement units.

    Action Required: Include disclosure in lease agreement.
