Reusable Screening Reports Effective Date: Jan 1, 2025 Applies to: Tenants, Landlords Tenants may submit free 30-day-old credit/eviction reports. Landlords must accept at no cost. Action Required: Use/update forms to accept reusable reports. Fee-Free Rent Payment Option Effective Date: Jan 1, 2025 Applies to: Landlords Landlords using fee-based portals must also allow check or cash payment with no fee.
