Celebrating Teen-Parent Connections
Teen Parent Connection provides parenting support services for young parents in West Chicago and DuPage County. The agency’s partnership with WeGo Together for Kids has been key in expanding available resources to those families. “We strategically place our parent support groups in communities where we can serve the most families, including West Chicago.
